I bet you missed me? Well i'm back with all manor of things - least of all the World Cup...

So - I reflect on stuff, and just generally add another post to the blog.

Today has been indifferent - a genuinely alright day, that revealed old demons had not necessarily been left to die.

Another contentless update - shouldn't stop you reading about my desire to run a marathon however...

I'm running out of post titles - if you haven't guessed yet.

This is just a general update, I can't really think of anything that has happened...

Humans are strange things, yet another trip into hospital, my thoughts on smokers and THAT tackle on Aaron Ramsey.

So i'm back from my economics conference and general trip to Paris and I come having learnt a lesson...
